When the genuine Christ (The Messiah) came in the Flesh (in the First Century), He began to teach the Spiritual side of the COUNSEL OF GOD to His chosen Apostles and Disciples (Mark 1:1). But, because of the STRONG and HARD Truths contained in the Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom of Truth, the Apostles and Disciples cannot handle some major Truths at that time. Christ, then, was limited and restricted to teach them the Full Wisdom of Messianic Kabbalah (John 16:12-13).
The Spiritual Side of the Counsel of God is the STRONG Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom of Truth, which is the True Gospel of Salvation (Ephesians 1:11-13).
- ...we have been chosen to an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him who works all things ACCORDING TO THE [MESSIANIC KABBALAH] COUNSEL OF HIS OWN WILL, (Eph 1:11 MKJV)

After Christ was RESURRECTED and ASCENDED to Heaven, the Holy Spirit of Truth was then send to Earth to open the Minds and Ears of Christ's True followers for more understanding of the Spiritual side of God's Counsel.

But, in spite of the Holy Spirit, the original 12 Apostles were not able to grasp the DEEP THINGS OF GOD'S COUNSEL. This is because their Minds were not trained in the in-depth Analysis and Critical Thinking.
CHRIST TAUGHT APOSTLE PAUL MORE OF THE SECRET COUNSEL OF GOD, WHICH PAUL PREACHED IN THE FIRST CENTURY!
Then, came Paul, who was trained in in-depth Analysis and Scholarship in Judaism, which means that Paul's Mind is more receptive and able to receive the STRONG and HEAVY supernal Messianic Kabbalah Truths and Revelations (Galatians 1:14-16). Christ, then, revealed to Paul the Messianic Kabbalah Counsel of God in a deeper manner, and made Paul the Apostle to the Gentiles.
- But I certify you, brethren, that THE GOSPEL which was preached of me is not after man. (Gal 1:11 KJV)
- For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but BY THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST. (Gal 1:12 KJV)

THE COUNSEL OF GOD AS REVEALED BY THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH IN THE 21ST CENTURY END-TIME
It should be no wonder, then, as applied to the 21st Century End-Time Generation, that the fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11 are of more Depth, Height, Width, and Length compared to any other time period in the past history of Mankind (Ephesians 3:17-19). By this time, God's Counsel is made clear and plain to be that of the True Religion with the True Gospel of Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom.
THE TRUE BUILDING OF GOD'S 3RD TEMPLE = THE NEW JERUSALEM FROM ABOVE!
The 21st Century End-Time "Cyrus," who is now the Filipino coming from the Far East, is also commissioned by God to build His more glorious Spiritual 3rd Temple => The NEW JERUSALEM from above, which is to be built by the Study, Internalization, Preaching, and Spread of God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom from Heaven above!
