God used the Philippines in the fulfillment of the prophecy about the establishment of the physical State or Nation of Israel. Now, God is again using this small island Nation in the Far East, to build the New Spiritual State of Israel (composed of transformed Jews and Gentiles) that will be established in the return of the King Messiah Jesus Christ. This New Israel will rule the whole Earth with the King Messiah for 1,000 years, and beyond (Revelation 20:6).

Now, in the 21st Century End-Time, The LORD God called His Chosen Filipino Man from the Philippines to receive, restore, and "EXECUTE GOD'S COUNSEL," which means to preach the TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD => The TRUE GOSPEL, which is God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM, (Isaiah 46:9-11, 45:6).  

• I AM GOD, and there is none like Me…calling a Ravenous Bird from the EAST, The MAN THAT EXECUTE MY COUNSEL FROM A FAR COUNTRY... (Isa 46:9, 11 KJV)

• That they may KNOW from the RISING OF THE SUN (EAST)...that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. (Isa 45:6 KJV) 

ISAIAH 46:11 has two parts, hence, 2 fulfillments (Physical & Spiritual). The PARTIAL (Physical) fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11 was fulfilled by King Cyrus of Persia (now called Iran), as referenced from the East of Jerusalem. The "ravenous bird" here was King Cyrus. This was in the Old Testament time, and King Cyrus was used by God to prepare the Physical Temple in preparation for the coming of Jesus Christ as the Messiah in the Physical Flesh and Blood.

Both King Cyrus and the Filipino Man from the Far East are non-Jewish persons by race; and both of them are divinely anointed by God.

Now, in the 21st Century End-Time, the FULL (Spiritual) fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11 is being fulfilled by the God-Chosen Filipino "MAN FROM THE FAR EAST COUNTRY." The "Far Country" is also referenced from the East of Jerusalem. 

And as revealed by several Scriptures, this "Country from the Far East" is identified as the PHILIPINES (Isaiah 24:15, 2Corinthians 4:6, Malachi 1:11, Revelation 7:2-3, 14:6-7). 

• And I saw another ANGEL ASCENDING FROM THE EAST, having the SEAL OF THE LIVING GOD: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the Earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the Earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. (Rev 7:2-3 KJV)

• And I saw another ANGEL FLY IN THE MIDST OF HEAVEN, having the EVERLASTING GOSPEL to preach unto them that dwell on the Earth, and to every Nation, and Kindred, and Tongue, and People, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made Heaven, and Earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. (Rev 14:6-7 KJV) 

Thus, the "ANGEL ascending from the EAST" (Rev 7:2), is the "Ravenous Bird-Man from the EAST" => The MAN that EXECUTE GOD'S COUNSEL from a Far Country (Isaiah 46:11). 

This "Ravenous Bird-Man from the EAST" is the God-Chosen Filipino End-Time Messenger from the Philippines who was given the "SEAL OF THE LIVING GOD" => The Everlasting Gospel of MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM, which identifies those who are those known by God (2Timothy 2:19, Revelation 14:6-7).

THE GLOBAL MISSION BY THE PHILIPPINES AND THE FILIPINOS ACCORDING TO GOD'S MASTER PLAN FOR MANKIND

So, the Great God Almighty is now using this small country in the Far East (via His Chosen Filipino End-Time Messenger) to do and fulfill the Great Commission with the following mission and responsibilities:

1. "EXECUTE" or PREACH THE TRUE GOSPEL OF GOD'S COUNSEL, which is God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom (Matthew 24:14, Isaiah 46:11).

2. PREPARE AND MAKE READY GOD'S PEOPLE for the glorious return of Christ (Rev 19:7, Luke 1:17).

3. RESTORE Christ's True Religion, and MAKE PLAIN and  STRAIGHT the crooked and false Bible Doctrines and Teachings of Men and Churches, preparing the Way for the glorious Return of Christ (Isaiah 4:2, 40:3-5, Malachi 31:1, Matthew 3:3, 17:11, Mark 1:3, Luke 3:4-6).

4. EXPLAIN CLIMATE CHANGE DISASTERS and other World Crises (Jeremiah 9:12).

5. EDUCATE THE WHOLE WORLD about the True Knowledge of God and His Greatness, until this supernal Knowledge saturates and fills the entire Planet Earth (Isaiah 45:6, Malachi 1:11, Isaiah 11:9, Habbakuk 2:14).
