Many People believed that King Cyrus is the Ravenous Bird in Isaiah 46:11. This is partly correct. But, Cyrus is already dead; therefore, he cannot fulfill the more glorious 21st End-Time fulfillment of Isaiah 46:11. Now, GOD reveals the Secrets of Isaiah 46:11, which is the Truth that everyone should know that Isaiah 46:11 has two (2) sides of Fulfillment: 1) The PHYSICAL, and 2) The SPIRITUAL.

THE COUNSEL OF GOD HAS TWO (2) SIDES: The PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL SIDESThe SPIRITUAL component of God's Counsel as prophesied in Isaiah 46:11 has more Power, Glory, Importance, and Impact, as compared to that of the Physical component. This means that the Revelations and the Execution of God's Counsel in our End-Time generation is of much more glory and power compared to the time of King Cyrus of Persia. This is because this Spiritual Revelation of God's Counsel, which is the GREATEST REVELATION in the End-Time, is in preparation for the 2nd Coming or Glorious Return of the God-King Messiah Christ Jesus!
- I AM GOD, and THERE IS NONE ELSE; I AM GOD, and THERE IS NONE LIKE ME, declaring the End from the Beginning, and from Ancient Times the things that are not yet done, saying, MY COUNSEL SHALL STAND, and I will do all My pleasure: calling a Ravenous Bird from the East, The MAN THAT EXECUTE MY COUNSEL FROM A FAR COUNTRY: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. (Isa 46:9-11 KJV).

The Physical side was fulfilled in the time of King Cyrus of Persia (now called Iran). This is the first part of Isaiah 46:11, as written: "A Ravenous Bird from the East."
Calling a ravenous bird from the east - There can be no doubt that Cyrus is intended here (see the notes at Isa_41:2, Isa_41:25). The East here means Persia. The word rendered ‘ravenous bird’ (עיט ‛ayiṭ) is rendered ‘fowl’ in Job_28:7; ‘bird’ or ‘birds’ in Jer_12:9; ‘fowls’ in Gen_15:11; Isa_18:6; and ‘ravenous birds’ in Eze_39:4. It does not occur elsewhere in the Bible. It is used here as an emblem of a warlike king, and the emblem may either denote the rapidity of his movements - moving with the flight of an eagle; or it may denote the devastation which he would spread - an emblem in either sense especially applicable to Cyrus. It is not uncommon in the Bible to compare a warlike prince to an eagle Jer_49:22; Eze_17:3; and the idea here is, probably, that Cyrus would come with great power and velocity upon nations, like the king of birds, and would pounce suddenly and unexpectedly upon his prey. -- Albert Barnes' Notes on the Bible
Thus, the Physical Side of God's Counsel was revealed to King Cyrus of the "East", and was fulfilled by him. This revelation of the physical aspect to King Cyrus was in preparation for the First Coming of Jesus Christ as the Physical SON OF MAN in the flesh. 2. THE SPIRITUAL SIDE: "THE MAN THAT EXECUTE MY COUNSEL FROM A FAR COUNTRY."
The most exciting part of Isaiah 46:11 prophecy is the 2nd part of the verse, which is the Spiritual part. This Spiritual 2nd Part is to be fulfilled in our 21st Century End-Time generation, with the "Far Country" in the Far East as the new vessel and central point of reception of the Messianic Kabbalah Revelations from Heaven. All these are connected to, and in preparation for the glorious return of the King Messiah Christ Jesus as the Spiritual SON OF GOD!
It should be noted that Isaiah 46:11 prophesied that both of the Physical (King Cyrus of the East) and the Spiritual (The Man from the Far East) Messengers/Executors of God's Counsel are to be non-Jewish or Gentile by race.
The SPIRITUAL SIDE OF GOD'S COUNSEL INCLUDES THE PHYSICAL, AND IT IS MORE GLORIOUS THAN THE PHYSICAL
Thus, the Spiritual component of God's Counsel as prophesied in Isaiah 46:11 has more Power, Glory, Importance, and Impact, as compared to that of the Physical component. The SPIRITUAL SIDE of God's Counsel has been revealed, and is being revealed to "The MAN from the Far Country of the East" whom God has chosen to receive and execute His Counsel in the End-Time.

Nely And-Tom Stevens The Old Testament (OT) Prepared the way for the New testament (NT). Persons and event in the OT prefigured, foreshadowed, anticipated, and symbolized persons and events in the NT. According to an ancient Christian saying: the New Testament lies hidden in the Old and the Old Testament is unveiled in the New. The OT Persons and events are called types of the NT persons and events they prefigure. A type is a prophetic foreshadowing of its NT counterpart.
To fully understand the OT we must read it in terms of types. Typology shows many NT doctrines, including Mary’s privileges, clearly revealed in the OT.
The NT requires that we read the OT in a typological sense:
(1) In Mathew 12:40, Jesus teaches that Jonah’s three days in the belly of the great fish foreshadowed Jesus three days in the tomb.
(2) In John 3:14, Jesus says that the bronze serpent of Numbers 21:9 symbolized His crucifixion.
(3) In 1 Peter 3:19-21, St. Peter points out that the flood in the time of Noah prefigured Christian baptism.
(4) In 1 Corinthians 10:4, St Paul calls the rock that followed the Israelites in the desert Christ. Notice he does not say the rock the rock was like Christ; St. Paul says the rock was Christ. He uses this language to stress that the relationship between a type and its NT fulfillment is more than a similarity.
(5) In Romans 5:14, St Paul specifically calls Adam a type of Christ.
These examples show how the NT teaches that in the OT persons and event, we are to see doctrines that are made more explicit in the gospel. To be faithful to the NT, we should seek to appreciate the rich typology found in the OT.
