Passover 1: WHY and WHAT IS THE PASSOVER With Its UNLEAVENED BREAD? IS IT ONLY FOR JEWISH ISRAEL, OR FOR ALL MANKIND? Know the Eternal Importance of God's Passover In Your Salvation And Eternal Life.

The commanded Passover Festival commemorates the slavery of the Israelites in Egypt and their miraculous and dramatic redemption as performed by The LORD God. The Hebrew name for EGYPT is MITZRAYIM, which means a LIMIT, BARRIER, or CAPTIVITY. Thus, whenever and wherever you stay or live in a place or environment that limits you and/or holds you captive; preventing you to fully serve God and actualize your God-given potentials, then you are living in an Egypt. Today, the Whole World Systems composed the modern Egypt that enslaved each one of us.

UNDERSTAND THE GREAT IMPORTANCE OF PASSOVER TO YOUR SALVATION AND ETERNAL LIFE!

PASSOVER is the very first important God-ordained Festival in both the Old and New Testaments. Passover is the process of Salvation or Redemption of all Mankind. Everyone who does not understand Passover will not be saved at the return of Christ.

Every Passover Season, the Jews are commemorating the First Exodus from Egypt (Old Testament)At the same season, the Christians commemorate the Crucifixion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ (New Testament). These 2 major milestones in the History of Mankind are connected to each other.

All those who do not understand the meaning and purpose of  the Passover becomes unworthy to receive its Eternal Worth and Super-Importance; therefore, they get Condemnation, instead of Salvation (Matthew 7:21-23, 1Corinthians 11:27-29).
This is because the commands and instructions about the keeping of Passover make you prepared and ready for the return of Christ, which means that Passover will make you purified (unleavened).

This Passover purification will enable you to intimately know God the Father and Christ in a face-to-face manner enabling them to know you also personally; thereby, qualifying you to receive Eternal Life (1Corinthians 13:12, John 17:3). Otherwise, you will be rejected by Christ at His return (Matthew 7:21-23).

PASSOVER: THE GREAT MYSTERY OF GODLINESS NOW PLAINLY REVEALED!

The process of Christ's Incarnation, Crucifixion, Death, Resurrection, Ascend to Heaven, and His glorious return is a GREAT MYSTERY OF GODLINESS (1Timothy 3:16) unknown in the Old Testament.

This Great Mystery (now revealed), is the continuation and completion of Mankind's redemption, which started with the Physical Redemption or the First Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. The Final Phase of this continuing redemption of Mankind is to be fulfilled at the glorious return of Christ Jesus from Heaven. This glorious event will save or redeem Mankind from its pitiful and grievous sufferings and captivity of the Serpent.

IMPORTANT BACKGROUNDS OF PASSOVER

The Old Testament Exodus is the First Phase of the redemption of Mankind, which is more of the Physical aspect with the Spiritual aspect in the background. The 2nd Phase of this Redemption occurred in the New Testament period, which is more of the Spiritual aspect while the Physical aspect is only in the background.

EGYPT or Mitzrayim becomes both the symbol and the experience of:
  1. SLAVERY or CAPTIVITY; of being under the control of LIMITS and RESTRICTIONS; and
  2. DELIVERANCE or REDEMPTION/SALVATION
Both of these opposites are written in Psalms 34:6-7.
  • This POOR MAN cried, and The LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.  (Psa 34:6 KJV)
  • The angel of The LORD encampeth round about them that Fear Him, and DELIVERETH THEM.  (Psa 34:7 KJV)
The Connection in the above Scriptures in Psalms, between the Redemption from Egypt and our present "Egypts" is all the more meaningful when we consider that the Matzah (unleavened bread) is called the Poor Man's Bread. The Unleavened Bread is an important part of the Passover Haggadah.

The celebration of Passover remembers this redemption, and the Power and Glory of God that culminated in the release of the Israelite people: from slavery to FREEDOM. But this is not all the story.

The Passover core event, in which the Israelites slaughtered the PESACH (Greek Paschal) lamb, and sprinkled its blood in their dwellings' Door Posts, were spared from Death and Destruction, as God's Angel of Death PASS OVER them during the night of the death of all the First Born in Mitzrayim.

The sprinkling of the Passover lamb's blood is seen as the demonstration of their final act of faith (Exodus 12:13)
  • The blood on the houses where you are staying will be a distinguishing mark for you; when I see the BLOOD, I will PASS OVER you. No plague will be among you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.  (Exo 12:13)
What followed was the miraculous redemption of the Nation of Israel from their Egypt. The Final and Ultimate fulfillment of this super-important Feast of Passover is the crucifixion of  the ultimate Passover sacrifice, Jesus Christ => The Savior of all Mankind!

The crucifixion of Christ as the ultimate Passover Lamb sacrifice included the Gentiles in the FINAL REDEMPTION that is soon to happen! For more information about this topic, go to: CHRIST'S CRUCIFIXION AND DEATH MAKE PEACE AND UNITE JEWS AND GENTILES (Christians, Jews, Muslims, etc.)! Thus, the redemption of Israel from Egypt or Mitzrayim is a foundational event in the History and Future of all Mankind, not just Israel. This very important event is annually commemorated and observed by the Feast of Passover, and the following 7 Days of Unleavened Bread. All subsequent events in the story of Israel, and now, of all Mankind, are interpreted in relation to this single event.

The ORIGIN OF GOD'S PASSOVER

The following Scriptures, from the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB), records for us the Divine Origin of Passover as instituted by God Himself (Exodus 12:1-14).
  • The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt:  (Exo 12:1)
  • "This month is to be the beginning of months for you; it is the first month of your year.  (12:2)
  • Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month they must each select an animal of the flock according to their Fathers' households, one animal per household.  (12:3)
  • You must have an unblemished animal, a year-old male; you may take it from either the sheep or the goats.  (12:5)
  • You are to keep it until the 14th Day of this month; then the whole assembly of the community of Israel will slaughter the animals at twilight.  (12:6)
  • They must take some of the BLOOD and put it on the two Doorposts and the Lintel of the Houses in which they eat them.  (12:7)
  • They are to eat the meat that night; they should eat it, roasted over the fire along with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.  (12:8)
  • Here is how you must eat it: dressed for travel, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. You are to eat it in a hurry; it is The LORD's Passover.  (12:11)
  • "I will pass through the land of Egypt on that NIGHT and strike every firstborn male in the land of Egypt, both man and beast. I am The LORD; I will execute judgments against all the gods of Egypt.  (12:12)
  • The blood on the houses where you are staying will be a distinguishing mark for you; when I see the BLOOD, I will PASS OVER you. No plague will be among you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.  (Exo 12:13)
  • And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to The LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance FOREVER (12:14 KJV)
PASSOVER IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

In the New Testament, Christ make the Passover as the New Covenant with His Blood (Luke 22:20). The following scriptures (Luke 22:8-20) are from King James Version (KJV), unless otherwise noted.
  • And he sent Peter and John, saying,  Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.  (Luke 22:8)
  • And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.  (22:14)
  • And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:  (22:15)
  • For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the Kingdom of God.  (22:16)
  • And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:  (22:17)
  • For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come (Luke 22:18)
  • He took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you. Do this in memory of me."  (22:19 HNV)
  • Likewise, he took the cup after supper, saying, "This Cup is the NEW COVENANT in My BLOOD, which is poured out for you.  (22:20 HNV)
CHRIST => The PASSOVER LAMB IN GOD THE FATHER'S KINGDOM FOREVER!

The following scriptures (Revelation 5:6-14), from the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB), prove the effects and role of the PASSOVER LAMB in the Government of the Kingdom of God the Father!
  • Then I saw one like a slaughtered lamb standing between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders...  (Rev 5:6)
  • And they sang a new song: You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals; because You were slaughtered, and You redeemed people for God by Your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation.  (5:9)
  • You made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth.  (5:10)
  • Then I looked, and heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and also of the living creatures, and of the elders. Their number was countless thousands, plus thousands of thousands.  (5:11)
  • They said with a loud voice: The Lamb who was slaughtered is worthy to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!  (5:12)
  • I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them say: Blessing and honor and glory and dominion to the One seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!  (5:13)
  • The four living creatures said, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped.  (Rev 5:14)

Tom Dao Dave Sloves I forgot that I can click the three dots and hide all from Lope Columna, sweet! Tired of this BS they post.

Jim Hamilton Lets discuss #KABALAGY not foolishness.

יעקב ג'ימי פונדווילה I'll block this cult guy

Deborah Novick Tom Dao thank you, I was just thinking how can I do that...but the option doesn't appear for me. Help?

Deborah Novick Tom Dao Ok, I found it.... it's under "Find support or report post". THANKS!

Tom Dao Deborah Novick Sometimes its under more options or other options as well

Pim Cal Ren You sounded like manipulative Lope and it's obvious should try it other way round like me blending in.. see they don't notice I'm a wolf in sheep wool. 😁

They don't know I'm christian and they let me in 😁 oh I forgot am ex-christian bcus God has no religion. So let religion war with that.

If I remember kabbalah is science and base on Judaism(mysticism) so Torah not gospel.

And TBH. If this group is gospel base not Torah base + science. you may have a chance to have followers Lope. Or evangelize others as well.

God is not Judgmental men are, don you think ppl don't know what their doing don't you believe each of us man. Doesn't have that spark in each of us Lope. Or do you think God creates human who has no spark a lust to return to God/heaven? No I found out that each of us has that lust. That wanting that what if even atheist has that what if. But their having problem to channel that or link that thought together with their own found belief.

Do you think God is lacking? Bible is a book full of evangelisation. + Ar times prejudicial I mean look at other Christians they don't even get along with what they teach preach so why try to evangelize other belief.

Bcus God says so? So God is exclusive? I don't think so.. Lope so take my advice blend in and don't let them know your Christian be like ninja.😁 And wear not one or two but many camouflage wolves sheep goats chickens clothing.

Carson Kathi Well the gig is up now isn't it? Heh, heh.

Matt Hesse There is some strong prophecy related to jesus and Passover. To bad its in the same work of fiction.

Johnny Allan It's in the Ten Commandments? Don't Christians claim they follow the Ten Commandments?
The only commandments called the 'Ten Commandments' in the Bible (Exodus 34:28), the ones carried around in the Ark of the Covenant are listed in Exodus 34:14-26

    1. For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

    2. Thou shalt make thee no molten gods.

    3. The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep.

    4. All that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.

    5. Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest.

    6. And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

    7. Thrice in the year shall all your menchildren appear before the LORD God, the God of Israel.

    8. Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the feast of the Passover be left until the morning.

    9. The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring unto the house of the LORD thy God.

    10. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

Matt Hesse This fool is only hear to proselytize! Notice how he didnt respond to either post that were made right after he posted.

Its a debate page Lope if you don't debate or comment on what you saying you are proselyting. No one who has not already been brainwashed as a child will believe your fucking piece of shit book of lies and the robed exploiters rapists and thieves that claim to have Gods ear.

Placido Diaz I suppose the Feast of the Passover serves as the Independence Day celebration for the Jews since it marks their liberation from slavery in Egypt. But for us Christians, its significance lies in the holding of the Last Supper wherein the New Covenant is sealed in the institution of the Eucharist and the promulgation of the one and only commandment for Christians: Love one another as I have loved you. By your love for one another shall you be recognized as My followers."

Miriam Gerst Placido Diaz - The feast of Passover is not an Independence day celebration, although , as you said , the Jews were just liberated from slavery in Egypt.. For us , Jews , this is a celebration of both freedom , and birthday of the Jewish nation..Untill this date , the Jews ( Children of Israel ) were the descendants of Yaakov ( Israel ) ..but from this day on they are a nation ..And mind you - they stopped being slaves to Egypt , to human beings .. but were ready to become slaves to G-od ( and 50 days later , in Pentecost - Shavoo'ot ) they vowed to be so , at the foot of mt Sinai..People do not remember the whole demand given to Paro ( Pharao , ) G-od's demand , as delivered by Moses and his brother Aharon was : '' Let my people go , so that they may worship me'' ( Book Exodus chapter 9 , verse 1 ) ..people only remember the first half of the demand : '' Let my people go '' ..

Matt Hesse Miriam didn't the activities that have become the feast of passover actually occur during the events? Thats how I learned it although I attended a messianic congregation .... Jews for Jesus if you know what that is?

Matt Hesse ....they connected things like taking the Lamb without blemish into their home for I think 3 days then they sacrificed it and marked the door with its blood in the same way you make the sign of the cross as protection from the angle of death. Also the lamb was spitted as if on the cross just like Jesus.

Now granted I know most Jews consider the messianic Jews for Jesus to be crazy but I always thought the portrayal of the events was accurate.
