A TITHE means the TENTH part or 10% of a thing, which is Holy because it really belongs to the Holy God. The Tithe is fixed (10%); and it is different and separate from the OFFERINGS => The amount we give to God according to one's Heart (Desire or FreeWill).
God's TITHES & OFFERINGS must be given to The LORD God (via Christ's MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD) => To finance God's Global End-Time Elijah Work of restoring and preaching God's Everlasting Messianic Kabbalah Gospel. By doing so, the Tithe Giver earn the supernal Light that remove the DARKNESS and CURSES in his/her life. To awaken them out of their Blind Ignorance, God asks them the same question formerly directed to Job (Job 38:2).

Out of the tithe, we are not to forget the Priest, the widdow, the orphan, and the homeless. Malachi 3:10 instructs us to bring "from tithe" מעשר into the storehouse. We bring from that freewill portion into the storehouse. NOT ALL the tithe. The tithe is so that the people may go up to the Feast and celebrate. They are to eat it and give from it to the priest.
