Most Christians, Jews, and Churches do not understand God's Sabbath; they just equate the word SABBATH to the stoppage of Physical Works, and their Physical Rest. Why is there confusion about the Sabbath? The reason is because people, including their Religious Leaders and the Churches, interpreted the Law of the Sabbath as a mere Physical Command. They ERR because they are ignorant of the Truth that the 7th Day Sabbath is the SPIRITUAL component of the 7 Days of the Week (Matthew 22:29, Mark 12:24).

make it clear, look at it this way: We are all familiar with
cellphones and its battery charger. As we used our cellphones, there
always come a time that it will become "low-bat." Then, we look for the
battery charger to charge and energized the cellphone so we can use it
again. The 7th Day Sabbath is the "BATTERY CHARGER" of Mankind, the other 6 days of the week, and the entire Universe!
In other words, the 7th Day Sabbath is a great Life Force and Holy Energy for Man and the created Universe to guarantee their continual existence. Thus, the 7th Day Sabbath was made by God for the Eternal Benefits and Welfare of Man and his Universe environment (Mark 2:27).

and Power we need to successfully undertake our works and efforts in the
next 6 days of the week. This is what God The FATHER and CHRIST are doing every Sabbath (John 5:16-17).

Sabbath Rest is not merely the stoppage of work, or relaxation, doing nothing. Rest is more of the soul rather than the body. Something happens within the soul during the Sabbath, a shift of perception that enlivens us. We begin to see the spiritual reality of the world around us. We gain understanding, and that understanding lifts up and connects our souls to God. We are then "REFRESHED" or energized by the Holy Energy, and our works for the coming days of the week are assured to be blessed.
- Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt REST (SHABATH): that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be REFRESHED. (Exo 23:12 KJV)
Sabbath is of supernal and Divine Origin, Purpose, and Implications. God's Sabbath is more of the Spiritual Work rather than that of the Physical.
The word SABBATH or SHABATH is the Hebrew source of the English word "REST" as written in the English Bible translations. The effect of this "REST" or "SABBATH" is a "REFRESHING" new Breathe of Life and Energy.
- ... for in six daysThe LORD made Heaven and Earth, and on the 7th Day He RESTED (SHABBATH), and was REFRESHED. (Exo 31:17 KJV)
The word REFRESHED in Exodus 31:17 and Exodus 23:12, came from the Hebrew NAPHASH (H5314). This means "TO BREATHE," that is, refreshed (as if by a current of air). This is similar to "BREATHED (NAPHACH)" in Genesis 2:7, when God breathed into the nostrils of Adam the "BREATH OF LIFE."
- And the LORD God formed Man of the dust of the ground, and BREATHED (NAPHACH) into his nostrils the BREATH (NESHAMA) OF LIFE; and Man became a living SOUL (NEPHESH). (Gen 2:7 KJV)
WITHOUT THE SPIRITUAL LIFE AND HOLY ENERGY PROVIDED BY THE SABBATH, MANKIND IS ONLY LIVING BIOLOGICALLY SUBJECTING HIM TO AGEING AND DEATH!
Thus, God's 7th Day Sabbath (Saturday) is the only Day in a week that energizes or breathes the BREATHE OF LIFE to Man and the entire Universe! The 7th Day Sabbath also completes, and repeats the weekly cycle of the Creation Week (Genesis 2:7), invigorating Mankind (Adam) by repeating the process of God "BREATHING into his nostrils the BREATH OF LIFE."
Without this Spiritual "BREATH OF LIFE" provided by the SABBATH, Man just live in the temporary and limited biological life, just like animals. In other words, without the SPIRITUAL LIFE ENERGY that the Sabbath provides every week, every Man and Woman has only the limited Biological Life and Energy.
THE SABBATH WAS MADE FOR THE ETERNAL BENEFITS OF MANKIND => ETERNAL SALVATION WITH ETERNAL LIFE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD!

Colossian 2:16 does not say that the Sabbath is not for Christians. Where did you get that obvious falsification and twisting of God’s Scriptures?
The TRUTH is that the Sabbath is even prophesied by Isaiah that ALL MANKIND (including CHRISTIANS, MUSLIMS, etc.) will come to worship the Creator God every Sabbath (Isaiah 66:23):
"ALL MANKIND WILL COME TO WORSHIP ME, from one New Moon to another, and FROM ONE SABBATH TO ANOTHER," says the LORD. (Isa 66:23 HCSB)

That is the UNFALSIFIED and UNTWISTED truth. The new covenant will not be made with the nations or with "Christians" for that matter.
During the Kingdom age, the nations of the world will be blessed through ISRAEL who will be under the new covenant. The nations will have to toe the line in order to be blessed through Israel. Although the new covenant will not be made with them, the nations will be forced by necessity to keep the law "or they will have no rain" (Zech 14:17). To them obedience will be a matter of physical survival. It will not be cheerful obedience.

Also, it is prophesied in (Isaiah 66:23) that all Mankind (Jews and Gentiles alike) are to worship God. And all the promises to Israel, including the New Covenant will also be given to the Gentiles.

Paul preached the gospel to the GENTILES.
And the new covenant will only be made with ISRAEL.
UNTIL he matured in his undertanding, Paul CANNOT keep on preaching to the Gentiles about the promises made to ISRAEL, OR ELSE, SINO PA ANG MAKIKINIG SA KANYA?
For the first thirty years of Christian teaching, the only inheritance that the apostles knew about was that associated with the New Covenant made with Israel and Judah. This is why Paul felt it necessary in the first three decades of Christian teaching to find a method by which Gentiles could become "spiritual Israelites". He found it in the biblical principle concerning “the adoption of children” (Galatians 4:5). Gentiles could actually be “adopted” into Israel and “grafted” into the nation of Israel (Romans 11:11–33). This allowed them to become “Israelites” and to inherit the promises to Israel.
So that was what Paul preached before he wrote his "prison epistles" (Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians).
But around the year 63 A.D. Paul preached “the Mystery”. He showed that no mature Christian is under either the “Old Covenant” or the “New Covenant.” The final doctrine revealed by Christ to show this status is called “the Mystery.”
Ephesians and Colossians are companion letters that speak about the same subject with slightly different emphases. Their subject is “the Mystery” (Ephesians 3:3), which in plain English means “the Secret.” Paul further termed this doctrine as being:
“The Mystery of Christ” (3:4);
“The Mystery of His Will” (1:9);
“The Great Mystery” (5:32 as it is in Greek); and
“The Mystery of God, Christ” (Colossians 2:2).
Before 63 C.E., the apostle Paul said the Mystery “had been hid in God” (Ephesians 3:9). God kept it undisclosed from the knowledge of anyone (human or angel) even from before the foundation of the world — long before the creation of Adam. Indeed, Paul said that, “from the beginning of the world it has been hid in God” (verse 9). Paul spoke of it as
“the Mystery of Christ which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men as it is NOW [in 63 C.E.] revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit.” Ephesians 3:4–5
Paul further stated in the Book of Colossians that this doctrinal teaching was called “the Mystery which has been hid from [previous] ages and from [previous] generations, but NOW [in 63 C.E.] made manifest to his saints.”
Surely, you can do your own search to find what this is all about.

Here's some comments of Greek scholars on the meaning of the word “broke” (Greek: luo) in John 5:18. The first we will mention is Vincent. He gives the actual meaning:
“Had broken. Literally was loosing: the imperfect tense. Not, broke the Sabbath in any particular case, but was annulling the laws and duty of Sabbath observance.”
This is exactly what John meant.
This word LUO translated “was loosing” has profound legal significance to its meaning in contexts dealing with laws or judicial decisions. It is the same word used in Matthew 16:19: “Whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven” (Greek). It was also used to show a legal divorce in the New Testament. “Are you loosed from a wife?” (1 Corinthians 7:27). It also was used to describe the destruction of this world system. “Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved ..., wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved” (2 Peter 3:11–12). The word LUO was even translated as “destroy.” “The Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8). And as Vincent said, the word LUO meant in Greek to annul the laws and duty of Sabbath observance.
Notice what other scholars have said on this matter. Professor Vine gave the following definition of the word “broke” in his Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words.
“LUO denotes
(a) to loose, release,
(1) of things;
(2) of animals;
(3) of persons;
(4) of Satan [from prison];
(5) of one diseased; of the marriage tie, of release from sins;
(b) to loosen, break up, dismiss, dissolve, destroy.”
Bauer’s authoritative Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament edited by Arndt and Gingrich, says the word means
(1) loose, untie;
(2) set free, release, be set free from bond;
(3) break up;
(4) destroy, bring to an end, abolish, do away with.
Of commandants, laws, statements [it means to] repeal, annul,
abolish, abolish the Sabbath.”
Thayer’s Greek-English Lexicon, also discussed the same word. Thayer saw its use in John 5:18 as a legal decision on Christ’s part. The word LUO had judicial significance to it.
“Laws, as having binding force are likened to bonds; hence LUO is the same as to annul, subvert; to do away with; to deprive of authority, whether by precept or by act [such as] the commandment concerning the Sabbath, John 5:18.”
The wording of the Greek shows that the Sabbath was being abrogated by the express command and example of Christ Himself. This was further echoed by B.F. Westcott, one of the finest Greek scholars of the last century. He said:
“He [Christ] was loosing, that is, he declared that the law of the Sabbath was not binding. The word LUO expresses not the violation of the sanctity of the day in a special case but the abrogation of the duty observance.”
In fact, the authors of Harper’s New Testament Commentary tell us that the Greek means that Christ was “canceling the Sabbath.”
But this is not all. The authoritative ten volume Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, in which most Greek words in the New Testament are given excellent analyses, has the following meaning for the word LUO. It means: “was loosing the Sabbath” (John 5:18). The best rendering here is “to set aside,” “to invalidate.”
These linguistic scholars recognize that the word LUO in John 5:18 was used by the apostle John in a legal sense and the scholars are perfectly correct in their academic appraisals. Something more than a simple “breaking” of the Sabbath was meant. The word clearly has a judicial or legislative ring to it.

You have become like the Pharisees who also condemned Christ by doing good on the Sabbath. You are totally blinded by your beliefs on the darkened and impure doctrines of Men and their fallen Churches. You cannot see the Light of the True Gospel of Christ because you allowed yourselves to be blinded by the god of this world (2Corinthians 4:3-4).

The article I posted here explained that the Sabbath is not just the Stoppage of Physical Work, but to absorb God's Energy of Holiness, and to do God's Spiritual Work. But you ignore this wonderful truth about the Sabbath, and instead accused the LORD OF THE SABBATH to sin, who the Bible said has committed no sin. It is useless to discuss further the Truth of God with your kind of twisted reasoning "seared" with the hot iron of Satanic logic.

By 90 C.E., it was well known that a new way of looking at the Gospel of Christ had emerged and Christians throughout the world needed to understand the teachings of this new revelation called “the Mystery.” Only the Jews were left with the New Covenant relationship. So, John wrote his Gospel to accommodate this new revelation of “the Mystery.” Even the New Covenant teachings were graced by a new spiritual emphasis. Note that John in his Gospel no longer referred to the Old Testament holy days as God’s holy days. He had a new emphasis. In John’s Gospel in 90 C.E., he consigned the holy days of Moses to the rank of being Jewish festivals.
“And the Jews’ Passover was at hand” (John 2:13);
“There was a feast of the Jews” (5:1);
“And the Passover, a feast of the Jews was nigh” (6:4);
“Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand” (7:2);
“And the Jews’ Passover was nigh” (11:55).
Even the day on which God formerly commanded Israel to prepare for the Sabbath (Exodus 16:23) John called “the Jews’ preparation day” (John 19:42). John even records that Christ, speaking to Jews, referred to the Mosaic Law as “your law” (John 10:34). He also called it “their law” (15:25). And if anyone should say that these last references were only Christ’s attitude to the Pharisaical interpretation of the law — that is, the Pharisaical additions to the law and not the original Law of Moses, it should be noted that in both cases (10:34; 15:25) Christ quoted from the Psalms in the Bible. He was not citing the Jews’ traditional laws at all, but was talking about the Mosaic Covenant.
John showed a definite contrast between the Law of Moses and the Teachings of Christ. “For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (John 1:17). The Old Testament days, John came to find out, were not necessary for Christians to observe in the plan of salvation, and John reflected this later teaching in his Gospel. He wrote to Christians who then knew those days were no longer a means to gain a salvation in Christ.
And not only were holy days redundant, but the apostle John makes it clear that even the weekly Sabbath day was no longer necessary in God’s plan of salvation, a fact exhibited in the Gospel of John itself. As clear as John could make it, he wrote that Christ by His teachings and actions abrogated even the Sabbath day for humans as a necessary step to salvation. Let us see where he shows this. Notice:
"And therefore the Jews persecuted Jesus and sought to kill Him, for He did these things on a sabbath. Yet Jesus answers them, "My Father is working hitherto, and I am working." Therefore, then, the Jews sought the more to kill Him, for HE NOT ONLY ANNULLED THE SABBATH, but said His own Father also is God, making Himself equal to God." John 5:16-18 (Concordant Literal New Testament).
This teaching recorded by the apostle John is of profound importance as far as the question of Sabbath observance is concerned. When one understands just what these verses teach, we see that keeping the Sabbath as a means to gain salvation (as it was in Old Covenant times) has been repealed by Christ Himself.

Lope Columna Yes, Ruben. But the Change required by God every Sabbath is a different Change compared to that of the other 6 days. In other words, we must not equal Sabbath Change to that of the Change of the Ordinary Days.
God commands all of us to "Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy (Exo 20:8). This command is not applicable to the other 6 days. The other major differences of the 7th Day Sabbath are:
1. This Sabbath is called Sabbath because it is the Sabbath of God Himself, not Man's (Exo 20:10).
2. The 7th Day Sabbath is the only day in the week that was sanctified and blessed by God (Exo 20:11).
Thus, I hope that this explanation clarify your statement, "Change in conduct becomes the norm, not just on Sabbaths." To summarize: A true Christian is a changed person, but every Sabbath he/she changes even more.

The Great Bible Principle is that: If we are only selective of what we want to obey, we are surely guilty of Sin, which if not repented will surely kick us out of God’s Kingdom. This means Christ will not save this person because he/she is only doing his/her own will, not the WILL OF GOD THE FATHER, which means complete and total obedience to ALL THE SCRIPTURES. And ONLY DOING GOD THE FATHER'S WILL CAN GIVE SALVATION (Matthew 7:21).

James Watts The book of Romans clearly outlines the terms of our salvation, & I'm so glad that the price was paid in full by Jesus shedding his blood on our behalf, if only we just accept this sacrifice to cover our sins we become children of God & no longer bound to keep the law, but under grace! Works of the flesh by trying to keep the law to obtain salvation is only an insult to Gods provision of salvation through faith in Christ alone. But good works as way of expressing our love & gratitude to God for his great sacrifice for us. At the judgement seat of Christ, some will loose crowns & or inheritance by what we did after we were saved for God. So being saved & receiving rewards was two seperate issues.

Although the new covenant will not be made with them, the nations will be forced by necessity to keep the law "or they will have no rain" (Zech 14:17). To them obedience will be a matter of physical survival. It will not be cheerful obedience.

Paul preached the gospel to the GENTILES.

UNTIL he matured in his undertanding, Paul CANNOT keep on preaching to the Gentiles about the promises made to ISRAEL, OR ELSE, SINO PA ANG MAKIKINIG SA KANYA?
For the first thirty years of Christian teaching, the only inheritance that the apostles knew about was that associated with the New Covenant made with Israel and Judah. This is why Paul felt it necessary in the first three decades of Christian teaching to find a method by which Gentiles could become "spiritual Israelites". He found it in the biblical principle concerning “the adoption of children” (Galatians 4:5). Gentiles could actually be “adopted” into Israel and “grafted” into the nation of Israel (Romans 11:11–33). This allowed them to become “Israelites” and to inherit the promises to Israel.
So that was what Paul preached before he wrote his "prison epistles" (Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians).
But around the year 63 A.D. Paul preached “the Mystery”. He showed that no mature Christian is under either the “Old Covenant” or the “New Covenant.” The final doctrine revealed by Christ to show this status is called “the Mystery.”
Ephesians and Colossians are companion letters that speak about the same subject with slightly different emphases. Their subject is “the Mystery” (Ephesians 3:3), which in plain English means “the Secret.” Paul further termed this doctrine as being:
“The Mystery of Christ” (3:4);
“The Mystery of His Will” (1:9);
“The Great Mystery” (5:32 as it is in Greek); and
“The Mystery of God, Christ” (Colossians 2:2).
Before 63 C.E., the apostle Paul said the Mystery “had been hid in God” (Ephesians 3:9). God kept it undisclosed from the knowledge of anyone (human or angel) even from before the foundation of the world — long before the creation of Adam. Indeed, Paul said that, “from the beginning of the world it has been hid in God” (verse 9). Paul spoke of it as
“the Mystery of Christ which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men as it is NOW [in 63 C.E.] revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit.” Ephesians 3:4–5
Paul further stated in the Book of Colossians that this doctrinal teaching was called “the Mystery which has been hid from [previous] ages and from [previous] generations, but NOW [in 63 C.E.] made manifest to his saints.”

Here's some comments of Greek scholars on the meaning of the word “broke” (Greek: luo) in John 5:18. The first we will mention is Vincent. He gives the actual meaning:
“Had broken. Literally was loosing: the imperfect tense. Not, broke the Sabbath in any particular case, but was annulling the laws and duty of Sabbath observance.”
This is exactly what John meant.
This word LUO translated “was loosing” has profound legal significance to its meaning in contexts dealing with laws or judicial decisions. It is the same word used in Matthew 16:19: “Whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven” (Greek). It was also used to show a legal divorce in the New Testament. “Are you loosed from a wife?” (1 Corinthians 7:27). It also was used to describe the destruction of this world system. “Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved ..., wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved” (2 Peter 3:11–12). The word LUO was even translated as “destroy.” “The Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8). And as Vincent said, the word LUO meant in Greek to annul the laws and duty of Sabbath observance.
Notice what other scholars have said on this matter. Professor Vine gave the following definition of the word “broke” in his Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words.
“LUO denotes
(a) to loose, release,
(1) of things;
(2) of animals;
(3) of persons;
(4) of Satan [from prison];
(5) of one diseased; of the marriage tie, of release from sins;
(b) to loosen, break up, dismiss, dissolve, destroy.”
Bauer’s authoritative Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament edited by Arndt and Gingrich, says the word means
(1) loose, untie;
(2) set free, release, be set free from bond;
(3) break up;
(4) destroy, bring to an end, abolish, do away with.
Of commandants, laws, statements [it means to] repeal, annul,
abolish, abolish the Sabbath.”
Thayer’s Greek-English Lexicon, also discussed the same word. Thayer saw its use in John 5:18 as a legal decision on Christ’s part. The word LUO had judicial significance to it.
“Laws, as having binding force are likened to bonds; hence LUO is the same as to annul, subvert; to do away with; to deprive of authority, whether by precept or by act [such as] the commandment concerning the Sabbath, John 5:18.”
The wording of the Greek shows that the Sabbath was being abrogated by the express command and example of Christ Himself. This was further echoed by B.F. Westcott, one of the finest Greek scholars of the last century. He said:
“He [Christ] was loosing, that is, he declared that the law of the Sabbath was not binding. The word LUO expresses not the violation of the sanctity of the day in a special case but the abrogation of the duty observance.”
In fact, the authors of Harper’s New Testament Commentary tell us that the Greek means that Christ was “canceling the Sabbath.”
But this is not all. The authoritative ten volume Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, in which most Greek words in the New Testament are given excellent analyses, has the following meaning for the word LUO. It means: “was loosing the Sabbath” (John 5:18). The best rendering here is “to set aside,” “to invalidate.”
These linguistic scholars recognize that the word LUO in John 5:18 was used by the apostle John in a legal sense and the scholars are perfectly correct in their academic appraisals. Something more than a simple “breaking” of the Sabbath was meant. The word clearly has a judicial or legislative ring to it.

By 90 C.E., it was well known that a new way of looking at the Gospel of Christ had emerged and Christians throughout the world needed to understand the teachings of this new revelation called “the Mystery.” Only the Jews were left with the New Covenant relationship. So, John wrote his Gospel to accommodate this new revelation of “the Mystery.” Even the New Covenant teachings were graced by a new spiritual emphasis. Note that John in his Gospel no longer referred to the Old Testament holy days as God’s holy days. He had a new emphasis. In John’s Gospel in 90 C.E., he consigned the holy days of Moses to the rank of being Jewish festivals.
“And the Jews’ Passover was at hand” (John 2:13);
“There was a feast of the Jews” (5:1);
“And the Passover, a feast of the Jews was nigh” (6:4);
“Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand” (7:2);
“And the Jews’ Passover was nigh” (11:55).
Even the day on which God formerly commanded Israel to prepare for the Sabbath (Exodus 16:23) John called “the Jews’ preparation day” (John 19:42). John even records that Christ, speaking to Jews, referred to the Mosaic Law as “your law” (John 10:34). He also called it “their law” (15:25). And if anyone should say that these last references were only Christ’s attitude to the Pharisaical interpretation of the law — that is, the Pharisaical additions to the law and not the original Law of Moses, it should be noted that in both cases (10:34; 15:25) Christ quoted from the Psalms in the Bible. He was not citing the Jews’ traditional laws at all, but was talking about the Mosaic Covenant.
John showed a definite contrast between the Law of Moses and the Teachings of Christ. “For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (John 1:17). The Old Testament days, John came to find out, were not necessary for Christians to observe in the plan of salvation, and John reflected this later teaching in his Gospel. He wrote to Christians who then knew those days were no longer a means to gain a salvation in Christ.
And not only were holy days redundant, but the apostle John makes it clear that even the weekly Sabbath day was no longer necessary in God’s plan of salvation, a fact exhibited in the Gospel of John itself. As clear as John could make it, he wrote that Christ by His teachings and actions abrogated even the Sabbath day for humans as a necessary step to salvation. Let us see where he shows this. Notice:
"And therefore the Jews persecuted Jesus and sought to kill Him, for He did these things on a sabbath. Yet Jesus answers them, "My Father is working hitherto, and I am working." Therefore, then, the Jews sought the more to kill Him, for HE NOT ONLY ANNULLED THE SABBATH, but said His own Father also is God, making Himself equal to God." John 5:16-18 (Concordant Literal New Testament).
This teaching recorded by the apostle John is of profound importance as far as the question of Sabbath observance is concerned. When one understands just what these verses teach, we see that keeping the Sabbath as a means to gain salvation (as it was in Old Covenant times) has been repealed by Christ Himself.

Lope Columna Sunday is NOT THE 7TH DAY SABBATH! It was the custom of Christ to attend the Jewish Synagogue or Church on the 7th Day Sabbath, which corresponds to our SATURDAY today, not Sunday (Luke 4:16).

Lope Columna Yes, Ruben. But the Change required by God every Sabbath is a different Change compared to that of the other 6 days. In other words, we must not equal Sabbath Change to that of the Change of the Ordinary Days.
God commands all of us to "Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy (Exo 20:8). This command is not applicable to the other 6 days. The other major differences of the 7th Day Sabbath are:
1. This Sabbath is called Sabbath because it is the Sabbath of God Himself, not Man's (Exo 20:10).
2. The 7th Day Sabbath is the only day in the week that was sanctified and blessed by God (Exo 20:11).
Thus, I hope that this explanation clarify your statement, "Change in conduct becomes the norm, not just on Sabbaths." To summarize: A true Christian is a changed person, but every Sabbath he/she changes even more.

The Great Bible Principle is that: If we are only selective of what we want to obey, we are surely guilty of Sin, which if not repented will surely kick us out of God’s Kingdom. This means Christ will not save this person because he/she is only doing his/her own will, not the WILL OF GOD THE FATHER, which means complete and total obedience to ALL THE SCRIPTURES. And ONLY DOING GOD THE FATHER'S WILL CAN GIVE SALVATION (Matthew 7:21).

James Watts The book of Romans clearly outlines the terms of our salvation, & I'm so glad that the price was paid in full by Jesus shedding his blood on our behalf, if only we just accept this sacrifice to cover our sins we become children of God & no longer bound to keep the law, but under grace! Works of the flesh by trying to keep the law to obtain salvation is only an insult to Gods provision of salvation through faith in Christ alone. But good works as way of expressing our love & gratitude to God for his great sacrifice for us. At the judgement seat of Christ, some will loose crowns & or inheritance by what we did after we were saved for God. So being saved & receiving rewards was two seperate issues.

How can you accept the Sacrifice of Christ, when at the same time, you reject Him?
