EARLY HISTORY OF THE CHURCH => The ORIGIN & ROOT OF CHRISTIANITY IS JUDAISM!

Many Christians and Jews do not know that there was a time in history wherein they were united in one religion, which is the true religion and worship of the one and only GOD of the Universe! This True Religion is the religion of the Jewish Messiah -- Jesus Christ, which teaches the True Gospel. Now, the two world religions of Christianity and Judaism are separated and are in conflict with each other. Yet, they have the same thing in common: both of them lost the True Gospel of Christ, and both are now preaching the False Gospel of Men. How did this happen? The Key Factor in their problem, which is also the Key Solution to unite them once again, is God's MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM.

EARLY HISTORY OF THE CHURCH: THE ROOT OF CHRISTIANITY IS JUDAISM!

Let's begin with some history, using the Scriptures, for us to really understand what happened to the 7 Jewish Churches of the Book of the Apocalypse; and also of where and when did Christianity start.

Just after the Ascension of Christ to heaven, the Jerusalem Church was founded as the first church with about 120 Jews as members (Acts 1:15). Ten days later at the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit rested on each one of them in the form of tongues like flames of fire. The miracle of speaking in tongues happened, and 3,000 new Jewish members were added to the Jerusalem Church (Acts 2:1-8, 41). Later on, Peter baptized Cornelius, the Roman Centurion, who is the very first Gentile to join the Messianic Jewish Church (Acts 10:31-35, 44-48).

At this time of history, Gentile Christians are just a part, and are within the control and leadership of the Messianic Jewish Church led by the Apostles, particularly Apostle Paul, and as headed by the Messiah (Christ). Thus, the Jerusalem Messianic Church became the "womb" of Christianity, and the membership of Gentile converts increased in numbers.

But something happened that caused the split of the first century Jewish Church into two world religions -- Christianity and Judaism, that are in conflict with each other! EPHESUS CHURCH: The JEWISH MOTHER CHURCH OF CHRISTIANITY

The Ephesus Church became a major Messianic Church when the Jerusalem Church ceased to be the center of the Messianic Jewish church after the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. The Ephesus Church was founded by the Apostle Paul (Acts 18:19-21, 19:1-10).

THE GENTILES ARE NOW CITIZENS OF THE CHOSEN NATION OF ISRAEL, WITH THEIR OWN APOSTLE!

But, in spite of the controversies between the Jewish and Gentiles members of the first century Jerusalem Church, the NEW TRUTH is now revealed and must be fulfilled: CITIZENSHIP TO GOD'S CHOSEN NATION OF ISRAEL IS NOW OPEN TO THE GENTILES! 

Christ even appointed their own Apostle: the Apostle Paul who was especially chosen by Christ to be the Apostle to the Gentiles! The following is Paul's message to the members of the Ephesus Church, particularly to the Non-Jew (Gentile) members (Ephesians 2:11-22).

• Remember that at one time you were Gentiles in the flesh--called "the uncircumcised" by those called "the circumcised," done by hand in the flesh.  (Eph 2:11)

• At that time you were without the Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Israel, and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, with no hope and without God in the world.  (12)

• But now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.  (13)

• For He is our peace, who made both groups one and tore down the dividing wall of hostility. In His flesh, He did away with the law of the commandments in regulations, so that He might create in Himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace.  (14-15)

• He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it.  (2:16)

• When Christ came, He proclaimed the good news of peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.  (2:17-18)

• So then you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of God's household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone.  (2:19-20)

• The whole building is being fitted together in Him and is growing into a holy sanctuary in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for God's dwelling in the Spirit.  (2:21-22)

The members of the Ephesus Church are a combination of Jews and Gentile converts, who believed in Christ as the Messiah (Gal 5:6). Together they are called Messianics.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN, CHRISTIAN OR MESSIANIC?

Using the present definition of a Christian, which is separate from Judaism, the Jerusalem Mother Church and the Ephesus Church are NOT Christian Churches! The word "Christian" as written in the Bible came from the Greek word "Christianos" that is called "Messianic" in Hebrew (Act 26:28,1Pe 4:16 HNV). The word Christianos itself came from the Greek "Christos" that means the Anointed, which is the Messiah in Hebrew.

• But if one of you suffers for being a Messianic, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God in this matter. (1Pe 4:16 Hebrew Names Version)

The disciples were called Christians first in Antioch (Act 11:26). Before this, they were called the Nazarenes (Act 24:5).

A Christian means a follower of the Greek Christ. 
A Messianic means a follower of the Hebrew Messiah.

There are two kinds of Jews: those who believe in Christ as the Messiah, and those who believe not.
